This little bird was skipping ahead of me mile for mile on the bike ride the other night. As it rested on some thistles I was able to get a good photo and then painted it the next day. I hope that this is seen as more of an action shot rather than a portrait....his little heart and body were just there for a second before he raced off to lead me down the path further. Available.
