Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. This moment happened last fall at Port Sheldon, Michigan on the shores of Lake Michigan. Out there for one of many photo shoots I saw this gorgeous sunset early in the day as it was October and felt a sense of sadness at the close of summer. But there is always the promise of another season and more wonderful times at the beach soaking up the warm sunlight. For now, this will have to do. This painting is available.
