Description
I sat down with only 30 minutes to paint. I used a reference photo from a dear friend. I allowed myself only three pigments. raw sienna, burnt sienna and french ultramarine blue. There was no pencil drawing, only brush to paper. I hope you are as blessed by this painting as I was painting it....

I wouldn't dare to paint without a drawing under. And yet your result is amazing Sandra. I am obsessed with contrasts and the background bushes are teasing me A LOT. Such a clean work full of local contrasts. The plants just behind the swans (in the middle) are so beautiful. I guessed you used there cobalt or another granulated blue that has created a nice texture.
