Thank you Jim, I appreciate your thoughtful comment very much. I love this painting and the landing at Rondo is very dear to me. It is our swimming hole in the heat of the summer in the woods of Northern Michigan. Blessings!

Hello Sandra, Great painting, I love the harmony of colors. One seems to be able to hear the sound of the stream as it flows under the bridge. As I study the painting it seems to pull me inside. Well done. Saludos, Jim Barber Hove, Mexico

Thank you Lisa! I really like it. It is a dark spot with lots of trees and the water always looks black/gold/green. The photo had a large patch of blue on the backside of the bridge but I was hesitant to render it totally blue. This is a very special place to our family and I hope it does well up north as it is a familiar landmark.

Wow Sandy, I love of the colors you integrated into the water. The pale blue really adds a lifelike sparkle. The warm orangey browns in the bridge are vibrant and full of energy. Another great one. I think this will be a big seller for you!
