This is the landing known as Rondo on the banks of the Sturgeon River. Another beautiful place in Northern Michignan to sit and ponder life. This is a favorite take out and put in spot for kayak, canoe, raft and tubers. I hope this painting blesses you as I was blessed painting it.

Thank you Lisa! I really like it. It is a dark spot with lots of trees and the water always looks black/gold/green. The photo had a large patch of blue on the backside of the bridge but I was hesitant to render it totally blue. This is a very special place to our family and I hope it does well up north as it is a familiar landmark.
