Description
A painting from my memories of living at Fort Hood Texas back in the 80s! Never had this yankee seen anything as spectacular as the bluebonnet fields in the springtime. They were so breath taking....even though I haven't laid eyes on them in over 25 years they are forever imprinted in my memory.

I agree--the sight of a field of bluebonnets is quite spectacular, and you have captured the essence in watercolor which is difficult to achieve. This is a lovely piece--congrats on your sale!
