This reference photo was taken around 10 AM while driving along US 2 in Michigan's upper penninsula. The light coming from the East was almost blinding me......the crest of the dune gave way to a beautiful view of the grasses and shoreline below. Holbein Pigments, Saunders Waterford, 200# Cold Press
