Artist's Description
This is a painting of my son Michael skiing. I love this picture because when he was a little boy he wrote an essay at school about wishing he could fly. I think he found a way to make his wish come true.

Thanks Nick! did you see "Fresh Powder" it goes with this one and I love the motion and action in it as well. This one is of my son Mike skiing at Beaver Creek in Colorado, photo credits to his friend Matt LaDuke. Blessings!

Great motion and action!

wow. I just love this one. You can feel the speed and action in this scene. I really like the loose edges on his jacket, skiis, and poles. I like how you threw paint for the trees so they are there but so subtle. The blue in the snow and sky are just right. Fanastic!!

Thanks Marsha. Thanks as well for sharing your spray bottle/reflection tip with me. Awesome idea for an easy fade out.

Wonderful action in this. Love how the figure is kicking up the snow so-to-speak. Nice color & textures.
