Artist's Description
Living in Northern Michigan, I am surrounded by these magnificent animals and am always in awe of their beauty, strength, agility, speed, gentleness. The painting is titled "Caedmon's Buck" for my little buddy Caedmon who wanted only to see a deer when he was at my cabin this summer. Thankfully we did. Blessings.

Thanks Lisa, I feel the sense of quiet too. But hadn't quite put my finger on that until you articulated it. Thanks for looking it over!

I love how you captured the color of his fur and glare in his eyes. Nice work. You captured the snow falling very well. I like this piece. There is a lovely stillness about this piece.
