I saw this wonderful moment in the kitchen of my friend and amazing artist, Nikolo Balkanski. Originally painted in watercolor and titled, Ordinary Moments, now in acrylic with a different title. But the sentiment is the same in both, I am fully engaged in and moved by the ordinary moments in life, sunlight on a metal pot holding parsley....I was in Coorado to see the majestic mountains...and found my shining moment in an ordinary kitchen.
